The Nines Hotel

Portland, Oregon. 2008

Creation of three 9” tall obelisks in wood and metal. Each obelisk is the same form but composed of different materials including bronze, steel and stainless steel with Fir, Cypress and Cherry wood. Two 9’ tall hammered bronze sculptures along with 120’ of carved wood panels and illuminated glass are featured in the central atrium.
