I delivered a few pieces to a collector in Silver Springs Maryland last August and just received these photos of how they look in the snow. The yellow is powder coated over a galvanized substrate for durability, the other is a 84″ , with a natural rust finish.

I installed these spheres, one is 64″ inches and 450 pounds, the smaller is 44″ and 100 pounds at a spectacular home in the Columbia Gorge this week. Luckily the ice had thawed and with a lot of help from Tim the builder and his friend Steven, all went as planned. 
I’m happy that we were able to position them to appear as if they are floating.
